Can't comment on best dialogue or even worst dialogue, but I can say try to avoid making the dialogue sound stilted by reading it aloud and considering how it sounds. One of the more common mistakes I see is the lack of contractions, which makes the dialogue stiff and formal.

Make the option specific. You often won’t have room to write out the whole dialogue the player will say. So it’s probably best to try and summarize the first few lines.
